Tryfacta

Tryfacta is the leading provider of fully diversified, end-to-end business solutions and information technology. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Tryfacta is based in San Ramon, California. You can read more at tryfacta.ai.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Tryfacta, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
