Trust Data Solutions

Trust Data Solutions develops cutting-edge Software as a Service (SaaS) applications for businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Trust Data Solutions is based in Boston, Massachusetts and founded in 2004. Their site is trustdatasolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Trust Data Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
