TruReview.com

Here is TruReview.com in plain terms. Real, validated reviews for businesses: TruReview is a simple appointment notification and consumer review software system for any company. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Local, Reputation and Search Engine, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TruReview.com is based in Royal Oak, Michigan and around since 2012. Their site is trureview.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
