Trulogic

Trulogic provides application development, paper and electronic publishing, data conversion and consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Trulogic is based in Beavercreek, Oregon. Their site is trulogic.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Trulogic, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
