TrueJob, Inc.

TrueJob is the best way for job seekers to get matched to the right startup jobs, and employers to find the best employees. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: Employment, Recruiting and Search Engine. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TrueJob, Inc. is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and founded in 2015. Their site is truejob.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with TrueJob, Inc., tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
