True IT
True IT is an IT support company offering managed IT, IT security, and software services
Overview
True IT is an IT support company offering managed IT, IT security, and software services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.
The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, IT Management and Network Security. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
True IT is based in Santa Rosa, California. Their site is trueitpro.com.
Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know True IT well, your review carries weight here.
