Trisnacode

Democratizing Digitalization. That is the short version of Trisnacode. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Information Services, Professional Services, Web Design and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Trisnacode is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is trisnacode.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Trisnacode, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
