Triplo

Triplo specializes in software development, website and mobile app maintenance, and sustainability tools. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Mobile Apps, Software Engineering and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Triplo is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Their site is triplo.co.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
