Trimble

Trimble develops positioning technology solutions for surveying, construction, agriculture, public safety and mapping purposes. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

It makes the most sense for developers and businesses of every size. Related areas on their profile: Indoor Positioning, Mapping Services, Navigation and Web Hosting. As a very large product team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Trimble is based in Sunnyvale, California and around since 2003. You can read more at trimble.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Trimble well, your review carries weight here.
