Trillium Software

Trillium Software is a software and service provider for data quality. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Big Data, CRM, Information Services and Supply Chain Management. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Trillium Software is based in Burlington, Massachusetts. Their site is trilliumsoftware.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Trillium Software, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
