Trident Automation

Trident Automation is an e-commerce platform that provides customized modules and process control solutions. In practice that means connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

Who is it for? Mostly manufacturers and operators. Related areas on their profile: E-Commerce and Industrial Automation. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Trident Automation is based in Kimberly, Wisconsin. You can read more at tridentautomation.com.

Before you commit, look at hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Trident Automation well, your review carries weight here.
