Triad Communication

Triad is a software development firm focused on innovative operational and analytical systems. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Information Services. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Triad Communication is based in Potomac, Maryland. Their site is triad-com.com.
