TREWGrip LLC

TREWGrip LLC was established in 2013 to research, develop and commercialize a "grippable computer" for a growing mobile workforce. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware and Mobile. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TREWGrip LLC is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their site is trewgrip.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
