Treflik

Treflik specializes in digital consulting, digital adoption platform implementation, training, and managed services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Digital Media, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Treflik is based in Dublin, California and around since 2020. You can read more at treflik.com.
