TranSolutions

TranSolutions is the leader in freight claim management software for shippers, carriers, brokers, and 3PLs. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TranSolutions is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Their site is transolutionsinc.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
