TransLumen Technologies

TransLumen Technologies is an IT firm that delivers professional consultation, software, data visualization and training. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Training. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TransLumen Technologies is based in Chicago, Illinois. You can read more at translumen.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know TransLumen Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
