Transactility

Here is Transactility in plain terms. Commercial licensing and support services for the jPOS.org open source project. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Transactility is based in Boca Raton, Florida. You can read more at transactility.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Transactility, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
