TradeSchool

TradeSchool provides database and software development services in the apprenticeship industry. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Customer Service and Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TradeSchool is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and around since 2012. Their site is tradeschoolinc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
