TournEase

TournEase provides a web-based suite offered as a free service to plan and execute golf events. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: E-Commerce, Non Profit and Sports. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TournEase is based in Lakeland, Florida and founded in 2006. More on tournease.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know TournEase well, your review carries weight here.
