Touch Sonic Technologies

Touch Sonic Technologies is a distribution company that supplies hardware, electronics, and cloud platform solutions to its customers. Put simply, it is about writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

It makes the most sense for teams that produce a lot of documents. They also list Cloud Security, Document Management, Electronics and Legal Tech, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Touch Sonic Technologies is based in Santa Rosa, California. Their site is touchsonic.com.

Things worth asking about: offline access, permissions, and export formats. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
