Total Cover IT

Total Cover IT provides network security, data backup, cloud computing and managed IT services. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Network Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Total Cover IT is based in Parsippany, New Jersey. More on totalcoverit.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Total Cover IT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
