Torch Networks

Torch Networks offers professional IT support and network services for businesses. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Computing and Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Torch Networks is based in Carrollton, Texas and around since 2001. Their site is torchnetworks.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Torch Networks well, your review carries weight here.
