Topaz Systems

Electronic signature software and pads for the capture, binding, authentication & verification of electronic signature in digital documents. That is the short version of Topaz Systems. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Topaz Systems is based in Moorpark, California and founded in 1995. Their site is topazsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Topaz Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
