Who is it for? Mostly support teams with high volume. They also list Blockchain, Chatbot, Cryptocurrency, Finance and Financial Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
