TMC

TMC is a logistics company that provides TMS software and logistics process management services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services, Consulting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Transportation. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

TMC is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is mytmc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
