TM Solutions Group

TM Solutions Group is an Internet Consulting firm offering IT strategy, consulting, part-time CTO, and infrastructure hosting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TM Solutions Group is based in Roseville, California. Their site is tmsolutionsgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
