TISCO Group

TISCO Group is an IT company that offers ERP, CRM, project management, and networking services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Professional Networking and Project Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TISCO Group is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Their site is tiscousa.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
