Tinnacity

Tinnacity is a mobile and integration solutions company specializing in the material handling and industrial equipment service industries. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Industrial and Professional Services. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tinnacity is based in Dublin, Dublin. You can read more at tinnacity.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
