Tilson

Tilson operates as an independent information technology project management company. In practice that means running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Service Industry. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Tilson is based in Portland, Maine and around since 1996. Their site is tilsontech.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Tilson, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
