Tilde

Tilde is an open-source focused startup in Portland, and the company behind Skylight, your favorite Rails Performance tool. Also, Ember.js. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Consulting, Open Source, Training and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tilde is based in Portland, Oregon. Their site is tilde.io.
