Tier.Net Technologies

Tier.Net Technologies provides hardware, network equipment and web hosting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware and Web Hosting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tier.Net Technologies is based in Melbourne, Florida and founded in 1990. Their site is tier.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
