Tier 1

Tier 1 is a saas education technology company. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Education. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tier 1 is based in Fremont, California. You can read more at tier1edu.io.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Tier 1, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
