Tidewater Techs

Tidewater Techs is a provider of networking and web solutions. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Network Security, VoIP and Web Hosting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Tidewater Techs is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Their site is tidewatertechs.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
