TiaLinx

TiaLinx, Inc. has been involved with the development of state-of-the-art mm-Wave ultra wideband (UWB) RF imaging devices that can be used. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TiaLinx is based in Newport Beach, California. Their site is tialinx.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
