thorntale

Thorntale is the first presentation program developed for data storytelling. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

thorntale is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 2024. Their site is thorntale.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with thorntale, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
