ThinkVenture Group

ThinkVenture Group provides information technology consulting services and software solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Asset Management, Consulting, Data Mining and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ThinkVenture Group is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Their site is thinkventuregroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ThinkVenture Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
