ThinkRite

ThinkRite is an IT company that develops BETR software, cloud services along with BETR-consulting services for customers. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Data Services. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

ThinkRite is based in Pembroke Pines, Florida. You can read more at thinkrite.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ThinkRite well, your review carries weight here.
