Thinkprocess

Thinkprocess provides consulting services in business process management. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Management Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Thinkprocess is based in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Their site is thinkprocessinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Thinkprocess well, your review carries weight here.
