ThermoDynamo

ThermoDynamo is a business that provides website design, wordpress development, web marketing and e-commerce services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and E-Commerce, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ThermoDynamo is based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. You can read more at thermodynamo.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ThermoDynamo well, your review carries weight here.
