TheDevBlock

Here is TheDevBlock in plain terms. Build your IT dream-team in less than 72hs.!. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Professional Services and Staffing Agency. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TheDevBlock is based in Austin, Texas. More on thedevblock.com.

Our checklist for this category: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
