The Workforce Group

The Workforce Group is a staffing and recruiting company offering staffing and disaster assistance services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Human Resources. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Workforce Group is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and around since 2013. Their site is theworkforcegroup.org.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with The Workforce Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
