The Vitruvius Project, Inc.

Architectural, Construction, and Engineering Software. That is the short version of The Vitruvius Project, Inc.. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. They also list Building Material, Electronics and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

The Vitruvius Project, Inc. is based in Bend, Oregon and founded in 2016. More on thevitruviusproject.com.
