The UX Incubator

The UX Incubator provides UX design, task analysis, wireframes, and usability testing services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Project Management, Usability Testing and UX Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

The UX Incubator is based in Long Beach, California. You can read more at theuxincubator.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
