The SMS Group

The SMS Group is a leader in data collection and integration, solving customer issues by applying a combination of network, custom software. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Data Collection and Labeling. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

The SMS Group is based in Sidney, Ohio. Their site is thesmsgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
