The Right Access IT Group

The Right Access IT Group is an IT solution company that offers IT infrastructure, network design, and server virtualization services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure and Project Management. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

The Right Access IT Group is based in Cumming, Georgia. More on rightaccessit.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with The Right Access IT Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
