The Reference Company

The Reference Company provides pre-employment screening, ID verification, and credentialing services for organizations. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Compliance and Human Resources. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Reference Company is based in Rochester Hills, Michigan. More on referencecompany.com.
