The Mindful Pug

The Mindful Pug develops software as tools to enhance and facilitate recovery of people with drug addiction and mental health disorders. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. They also list Health Care, Health Diagnostics, Mental Health, Personal Health and Product Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Mindful Pug is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Their site is themindfulpug.com.

Before you commit, look at pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with The Mindful Pug, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
