The IT Architect

The IT Architect is a software consulting and development company for telecom and technology solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

The IT Architect is based in Chicago, Illinois and founded in 2003. Their site is theitarchitect.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with The IT Architect, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
