The Innovation Garage

The Innovation Garage is a strategy, leadership, innovation, and supply chain growth firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Education, Lead Management and Supply Chain Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Innovation Garage is based in Clinton, Ohio and founded in 2012. Their site is the-innovation-garage.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
