The Brain

The Brain is a custom software development company. TheBrain Technology helps people make sense of the wide range of information they need to organize and assimilate on a daily basis. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

The Brain is based in Los Angeles, California and around since 1996. More on thebrain.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
